Departure from the Costa del Sol to Tarifa and boarding for Tangier, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar. Upon arrival, you will meet our local guide. We will embark on a beautiful excursion to Cape Spartel, the northwesternmost point of Africa, the exact spot where the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea meet the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Free time to admire this stunning location and photograph the imposing lighthouse, built in the mid-19th century, the first in the Moroccan coastal maritime signaling network. A short distance away, we’ll find the Caves of Hercules, breathtaking natural caves where, according to legend, the mythological hero rested after separating Europe from Africa. You’ll have free time to admire the site and, if you wish, enter the caves to see the famous Gate of Africa, an opening in the rock whose shape resembles an inverted map of the African continent, with the sea crashing inside.
