Excursions with an English-speaking guide departing from the main cities of Spain. Below, you will find a list of excursions from Madrid, visits to Barcelona and its surroundings, excursions along the Costa de Almería from Roquetas de Mar or visits to the Alhambra in Granada with a guide and tickets included. We have varied tourist packages that fit all your needs.
Most of the excursions offered have guaranteed regular departures, are carried out in modern air-conditioned buses and always accompanied by tour guides who offer explanations during the routes and visits en route.
Accompanied by expert tour guides in English, you can visit the main cities of Spain and the surroundings. Apart from the panoramic visit of Madrid to see its main monuments, from Madrid you can visit Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial or Aranjuez, taking short, half-day excursions. If you have more time, you can find full-day excursions to visit Ávila and Salamanca, Toledo in depth or the Don Quixote Route, among others.
From Barcelona, we organize guided excursions to Montserrat, Girona, Figueres or the beautiful Costa Brava.
From our base in Roquetas de Mar, Almería we organize guided excursions to discover the volcanic landscape of Cabo de Gata, visit the Tabernas Desert and the Wild western villages, the setting for filming mythical western films, routes through the Sierra Nevada National Park to get to know the Moorish Alpujarra, dotted with whitewashed villages ...
And in Granada, we offer different types of visits to the Alhambra, the jewel of Andalusia. Accompanied by expert guides, you can visit the Alhambra in organized groups, make a private visit of the Alhambra with tickets included or, if you prefer, you can visit the Alhambra with an electronic guide, at your own pace.
Depending on the departure city of the excursion, we offer pick-up at the main hotels in the city, however, in some locations you must travel on your own to the departure terminal. When booking your excursion, you will be able to choose the most suitable place of departure.

Full day excursion along the Don Quixote’s Route. Coach trip from Madrid to discover La Mancha, the land of Don Quixote, where Miguel de Cervantes was inspired to write the most famous novel of all time, The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha. Accompanied by qualified English-speaking guides we will visit the Castle and the San Bartolome Collegiate Church at Belmonte, the famous Windmills in Mota del Cuervo and Dulcinea’s House Museum in El Toboso.
Discover the Barcelona imagined by Gaudi. Half-day visit to see the most emblematic buildings of Catalan modernism created by Antoni Gaudi. We visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia from outside, the Park Güell (guided tour – ticket included) and end with a walk along Passeig de Gracia to admire the Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera) buildings.
Excursion to Girona and Figueres leaving from Barcelona. A full-day excursion to discover two large towns north of Barcelona. In Figueres, known as the home of Salvador Dalí, you can visit the Dalí Theatre-Museum, dedicated to the genius of surrealist painting and its heritage of monuments, among which the old medieval walls and the castle of Sant Ferran are outstanding. Discover then Girona, monumental town with one of the best preserved jewish neighborhoods in Europe.

Coach trip to Trevelez from Roquetas de Mar. A beautiful excursion by bus with English speaking guides into the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to discover the unique Alpujarra of Granada Region and Trevelez, famous for its Serrano hams, its ‘jarapas’ but above all because it is one of the highest villages in Spain, near the Mulhacen, the highest mountaintop of the whole Iberian Peninsula.
Full day trip to the Alpujarras of Granada from Roquetas de Mar. A trip through the National Park of Sierra Nevada where we visit the most representative region of the province of Granada: the Alpujarra. A trip along the white washed villages sheltered under the slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with magnificent scenery and breathtaking viewing points.
Fully escorted coach trip to the Alpujarra of Almeria leaving from Roquetas de Mar. On this excursion you will discover a variety of landscapes, travelling through the dry countryside of the Sierra de Gador Mountains, after which you will arrive in the region of the lower Andarax, a fertile region thanks to the water that flows through the river Andarax. This is the Alpujarra of Almeria, a surprising region, located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Daytrip to visit Gorafe from Roquetas de Mar. A beautiful excursion straight through the “bad-lands” of the Valley of Guadix up to Gorafe. We visit the Interpretive Center of the Megalithic Period which takes us back 5000 years in time to the Neolithicum, in order to understand the life and customs of the ancient inhabitants of the region. In the afternoon we start the trip back along the village of Alicun de las Torres where we discover the Thermal Baths of Alicun, a true oasis in the middle of a dry and savage countryside.
An excursion to Cartagena with Pepe Tours. Daytrip to the “Costa Calida” of Murcia in order to visit Cartagena, one of the first settlements of the Iberians accompanied by English speaking guides. Take a stroll to the old town of Cartagena, a city full of history, which was inhabited by different cultures which left their traces in a huge artistic heritage.
An excursion to the Sierra de los Filabres Mountains from Roquetas de Mar. A beautiful daytrip to Sierra de los Filabres, a landscape where many cultures cross each other. We will see prehistorical excavations, the rests of a roman aqueduct, Arabian castles and villages with white washed houses. We will also visit the Platform for Solar Energy of Almeria, the largest centre in Europe for investigation, development and testing of solar energy.
Daytrip to Malaga from Roquetas de Mar. A trip along the Tropical Coast to visit Malaga, with English speaking guides. Discover the capital of the Costa del Sol, the city where Pablo Picasso and Antonio Banderas were born. We visit the Castle of Gibralfaro, after which you’ll enjoy some free time in the city centre of Malaga with the possibility to visit the Cathedral of Malaga, Picasso Museum or the Moorish Fortress Alcazaba amongst other highliths of Malaga.
An excursion to the Highlands of Baza from Roquetas de Mar. A trip through a spectacular and unique countryside, the “bad-lands” of the Highlands of Guadix up to Gorafe (a visit to the Megalithic Park) after which we arrive at Baza, the capital of this region. The return trip to Roquetas de Mar will be crossing the Sierra de Baza Natural Park, a mountainous Massif with peaks over 2000 m above sea level.
Dayrip to Adra from Roquetas de Mar with English speaking guides. Coach trip along the Coast of Almeria till Adra, the westernmost city of the Province of Almeria. We’ll learn about Adra’s history during our guided tour of the old town, later on we’ll visit the city museums and also it’s fishing harbour, one of the most important in the whole Province of Almeria.
A beautiful excursion to Seron and Macael from Roquetas de Mar. Daytrip through the Sierra de los Filabres Mountains to discover Seron, a beautiful white village crowned by its somptuous castle. We’ll visit a factory where the famous serrano hams are air-dried, then a marble factory in Macael and also the quarries with white marble. After lunch we will make a stop in the middle of nature, next to the famous Menas of Seron. Before we return we will reach the mountain top of the Sierra the Filabres at a hight of 2.168 meters, where the Astronomical Observatory of Calar Alto is located.
A marvelous excursion to visit Lorca from Roquetas de Mar. A trip along the Mediterranean Motorway till the Province of Murcia, to discover Lorca, a real “workshop of time”. We’ll visit the most beautiful sites of Lorca with a local guide. We’ll take a stroll into the old own of Lorca visitting the Main Square (Plaza de España), the church “Colegiada de San Patricio”, the visitors center and aldo the highlight of Lorca, the impressive Castle of Lorca.
Spend a wonderful day visiting Nerja and Frigiliana with English speaking guides, departing from Roquetas de Mar. A trip along the Tropical Coast to a visit the beautiful village of Nerja, located between the Almijara Mountain Range and the Mediterranean Sea, with its beautiful viewpoint “The Balcony of Europe”. There is also the possibility to visit the impressive “Caves of Nerja”. In the afternoon, we’ll take a stroll into the white washed moorish village Frigiliana.
Follow the Route of the Indalo departing from Roquetas de Mar. A wonderful coach trip through the Natural Park of the Sierra de Maria and Los Velez, to discover the mysteries of the symbol of the province of Almeria. A half day excursion to visit one of the markets in the province of Almeria. In our travel-agency we can inform you on the routes and days of departure.
An interesting alternative to spend a morning negotiating on one of the markets of the capital or the province (according to the program – on request at our travel agency), and to make a walk through the city or the village. There is also the possibility to taste the best tapas of Almeria.

Next, we will discover one of the most beautiful towns on the Catalan coast: Sitges, located at the foot of the Garraf massif, with its beautiful religious buildings and also lots of Gothic, Renaissance or Baroque style civil architecture.

Half day excursion from Madrid to the Monastery and Royal Site of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Coach tour from Madrid to discover with an English-speaking guide the former political centre of the empire of Philip II, A place where he built his palace, library, pantheon, a great basilica and founded a monastery. The architectural complex is located at the feet of Sierra de Guadarrama Mountains, and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1984.
