An excursion to the Water Park in Roquetas de Mar with Pepe Tours. We’ll pick you up in your hotel and we’ll drive you to the Water Park of Roquetas. The admission to the Water Park, as well all as the transfer to and from the hoteles, are included in the price.

Departure at the indicated time from Roquetas de Mar with destination Aquapark Mario Park. Transfer by bus with accompanying guide to the Park, entrance and free time to enjoy all the attractions. In the afternoon we return to the hotels. Arrival at Roquetas de Mar and the end of our service.

MARIOPARK is an Aquapark, situated on a terrain of 45.000 m2, at 800 meters of the beach of Las Salinas, between the villages of Roquetas de Mar and Aguadulce. All the attractions are concentrated around a hill, from where towers arise that support the slides. One can climb these towers through comfortable wide steps, the only obstacle in the whole park, as all the other attractions can be reached without any further staircases, and even the hill is accessible by an adapted ramp. There are wide green areas as well as an abundance of trees contrasting with the savage landscape of the old salt lakes. Within the park we will find six large swimming pools.

MARIOPARK also offers a variety in services, such as a First Aid Post, for assistance by a doctor and a certified nurse, as well as a group of professional lifeguards; a shop for souvenirs, photos and hygienic articles, changing rooms, toilettes and showers, strategically positioned throughout the park, as well as the renting of sunbeds and parasols, safety boxes for your valuable belongings, a wardrobe and a guarded parking.

ATTRACTIONS:

CHILDREN’S POOL A kind of lake to splash, with a water surface of 560 m2 and a depth of maximum 0.40 m. With four children’s slides, a castle with waterjets and two mushroom-showers. Recommended for children under 12 years.

FAMILY SWIMMINGPOOL A bath to swim and to make fun at the same time, a beach-like access, a water surface of 950 m2 and a maximum depth of 1.55 meters. In the middle of the swimming pool are two islands, one with the Beach Bar “La Isla”. It is a swimming pool where the whole family can have a good time.

GULFBATH A swimming pool where 5 times a day waves are imitated. These waves can reach a hight of one and a half meter. The access is beach-like, and it gradually gets deeper up to 2 meters. When the water is calm again, this pool is very suitable for swimming.

JACUZZI Equipped with a series of vertical waterjets, conceived to relax tired backs. This jacuzzi unifies in one bath a part for relax, equipped with waterjets, and another part for hydromassage by means of bubbles. The deepest part reaches 1.75 m. and is especially for experienced swimmers, the shallowest part at less than 0.60 m. is ideal for the little ones amongst us. The total surface is around 600 m2.

KAMIKAZE If you like strong emotions, then do not hesitate to visit the Kamikaze and to throw yourself from the slide: a quick fall of around 20 meters high. Reserved for the biggest daredevils. This attraction may only be used by persons with a length higher than 1.20 meters.

RIO BRAVO This slide is used with floaters of one or two places. A large tour, turning around the axe, this is an experience which can be participated with children that are still too small to do this attraction by themselves.

MULTISLIDES We present you an impressive attraction of the Mario Park: multi-slides, a complex of 4 slides where you can slide down as a group, exciting and fun. Ideal to enjoy in family.

SLIDE The exciting and thrilling white slide, an attraction that makes you enjoy the water in an individual way, many bends and descents because of which one repeats over and over again.

BLACK HOLE As the name does invite to think, this slide of a length 86 m. and with bends of 360 degrees to left and right, runs completely in the dark. Hereby one loses any sense of direction. This slide is used with floaters and the experience can be participated by children or friends. Without any doubt this is the star attraction of Mario Park.

SERVICES:

SELF-SERVICE and PIZZERIA Our self-service restaurant with two buffets where you can make a choice out of a daily offer of dishes, which are presented in display cases. With a large shadowy terrace from where you can view the most visited area of the Park. If you prefer to visit our Pizzeria, provided with air-conditioning, yo can enjoy a large offer in pizzas, hamburgers, salads and fried fish.

CAFETERIA Situated next to the Children’s Swimming pool; this is the ideal place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the shadowy terrace without losing the children out of sight.

BEACHBAR * LA ISLA: This bar is situated at the most refreshing and quiet area of the Park, in the middle of the Family Swimming pool, and surrounded by water and an enormous waterfall that continuously produces a water-curtain, which provokes a micro-climate worthwhile to enjoy. At midday here you will get tapas, coffee, long drinks, waffles, ice-creams etc.

LA OLA: Snack-bar situated next to the Gulf Bath, with an offer in fish from the grill, and as a special, sardines of the Coast of Almeria.

PICNIC ZONE In case you decide to bring your own food and drinks, you will also find an ideal area with tables and chairs, a roof of straw, surrounded by green and flowing water.
